Tina is a highly experienced solicitor with a extensive expertise in managing complex, high-value claims, including birth injuries, adult brain injuries, and cases involving infection that has caused catastrophic harm, such as sepsis, meningitis, and osteomyelitis. Her work has resulted in substantial settlements for clients and consistent praise for her meticulous approach and client‑focused advocacy.
As Head of the Medical Negligence Department in our Bristol office, Tina has played a pivotal role in developing and strengthening the team. Her leadership has ensured consistently high standards of client care while supporting the professional growth of junior colleagues.
Tina’s expertise is underscored by her accreditations as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and as an accredited member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, recognising her knowledge and experience in medical negligence claims.
