We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tina Ashley as Head of Davies and Partners’ Bristol Clinical Negligence team.
Tina joined Davies and Partners with extensive experience in clinical negligence, having qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Since then, she has built an impressive career dedicated to representing clients in complex and sensitive cases.
Tina’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including gynaecology and birth injury, orthopaedics, cardiology and ophthalmic conditions.
Recognised for both her skill and her compassion, Tina is an APIL Senior Litigator and an accredited member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
She is praised by her clients not only for achieving excellent results, but also for being approachable, supportive, and trustworthy throughout the legal process.
In her new role, Tina will lead the Bristol clinical negligence team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring the continued delivery of the highest standards of client care.
Her track record of success and her commitment to client service make her ideally placed to take the team forward.
